May 16-18- Weekend Retreat and May 17 for Cub and Brownie Scouts
Catholic Committee on Scouting
This program is available to anyone, male or female, youth or adult, who is at least 11 years old and registered in Scouting. In addition, Cub or Brownie Scouts, adults and leaders who are registered in Scouting may also attend the Day Camp version of the Camporee. All participants will be in groups with others of similar age, which will help everyone to get to know their group members through fun learning exercises and activities. We are offering Scouter Development for adults!
We promise great food, music, campfires, camp-wide games, crafts and sessions lead by youth staff! There will be Mass on Saturday. We are looking forward to a Spirit filled Camporee. Your participation will make it a very FUN and special experience for everyone; it just will not be the same without YOU!

Cuyahoga Valley National Park Association
CVNPA has been providing programs for Girl Scout Weekends at the Cuyahoga Valley Environmental Education Center near Peninsula, Ohio. During the event, Girl Scouts can fulfill requirements to earn up to five badges, while taking advantage of the beautiful setting of the park. This unique experience is not just an opportunity for the girls to learn and explore, but also connect with other troops in the area. This event is recommended for scouts ages 8 - 12 years old.
This year we are offering two weekends and the badge sessions will include: Wildlife, Earth Connection, World Neighbors, Water Wonders and Outdoor Creativity. We offer very comfortable overnight accommodations for the girls and chaperones. This year we are offering the event on April 25-27, 2008 and May 16-18, 2008.

2008 Babysitting Training from A - Z at Children's Hospital
Are you a teen ready to begin babysitting? Whether you're just starting out or have already been babysitting, you're a candidate for the Babysitting Training Workshop. Students will learn the ins and outs of being a sitter parents will invite back. Students must be 11 years old to attend. Students attend one class and receive certificates of completion at the end.
